Making Chicken Fried Rice:-
Wash the rice with clean water 2-3 times. Take a pan and add 4 cups water, 1⁄2 tbsp salt and 1⁄2 tbsp. Oil
And boil the rice for 8-10 minutes. After this, filter the water and put the lid on.
Step 1 (Chicken Preparation)
● Cut the chicken into thin strips and chop finely.
● Take a pan, add 1 tablespoon oil in it and heat it.
● Add finely chopped chicken and shallow fry it on medium flame.
● Fry it until it turns golden brown.
● After frying, keep it aside.
Step 2 (Prepare the Egg)
● Take a pan and heat 1⁄2 tbsp. Oil.
● Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the help of a whisk.
● After that, make an Omelette and cook it properly then with the help of a spoon make small small pieces of it.
● Keep it in a bowl.
Step 3 (Cutting Vegetables)
● Chop the garlic finely.
● Cut onion and capsicum into square pieces.
● Chop beans and carrots finely.
● Boil beans and carrots until soft.
● Then keep the vegetables aside.
Step 4 Adding Flavor
● Take 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Heat it for 1-2 minutes
● Then add finely chopped garlic to it. Fry it until the aroma starts coming from it.
● After this, add onion, capsicum, carrot, and beans and fry while stirring for 3 minutes.
● Add one tablespoon salt and soya sauce to it and mix it well with the vegetables.
● Now add lightly fried chicken and mix well.
Step 5 Final Step
● After mixing well, add boiled rice, 1⁄2 tablespoon salt and black pepper.
● Add 1 tablespoon vinegar.
● Add chili sauce for spiciness.
● Finally add finely chopped green onion.
● Mix it well and cook for 4 minutes.
To serve: Garnish your fried rice with omelet pieces and green onions.
